“God” created the first human by breathing into the earth; the first humans sought refuge in the goddesses and gods they crafted from the soil, whispering their wishes to them. The modern world, however, has reduced ceramics to the material of vessels and tiles, squeezing individuals and leaving them breathless. Humans, having drifted away from their nature, can give birth to themselves anew by drawing inspiration from their essence—from the earth. Through an expressionist artistic orientation, ceramics can remind us once again of our first whispers.
