The exhibition attracted significant interest from civil society organizations and the public. Many women, moved by the exploration of themes of womanhood and migration through contemporary art, stated: “Your willingness to openly address topics we lack the courage to discuss has given us courage as well.”
They wanted innovative and courageous women to visit Diyarbakır more often. Our exhibition, which attracted the attention of the press and TV, was invited back to the city in March by the City Council and the Culture Committee.
